Description:

The newly built (2021) residence PAREUS BEACH RESORT is located about 250 m. from the sea, in Caorle Lido Altanea, only 5 km. from the historical centre of Caorle, the "little Venice" with its typical coloured houses, easily reachable also thanks to the bicycle path.

The nearest beach is the Baia Blu bathing establishment.

Nearby there is a supermarket, restaurants, beach bar, sports facilities (mini golf, beach volleyball, football, tennis) and for shopping enthusiasts, the Noventa di Piave Designer Outlet "Mc Arthur Glen" is only 30 km away.

The PAREUS BEACH RESORT tourist complex in Lido Altanea offers its guests a seasonal outdoor swimming pool with palm trees and white sand covering an area of approximately 400 m2, with sun loungers, deckchairs and shaded areas under the cabanas, bar service in the Clubhouse, children's play area and communal garden.

All apartments PAREUS BEACH RESORT have air conditioning and underfloor heating, a fan, WIFI connection with fibre, a safe, flat-screen satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle), a dishwasher, hairdryer and mosquito nets.

In addition, all holiday homes have an enclosed garden or a large balcony equipped for outdoor dining.

The 'VILLA MARE' type cottages also have a private swimming pool for exclusive use.

Pets are allowed (with the exception of the pool area) on request, subject to a surcharge.

Prices include private beach service, internet connection with fibre both in the flats and in the common areas, free parking, bed linen, face and body towels, beach towels and final cleaning.

For stays of 7 days or more, a linen change and cleaning service (excluding the kitchenette) once a week are also included.

On arrival, guests will find in their accommodation a welcome kit with kitchen and cleaning products (salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, sponge, kitchen cloth, dishwashing liquid, 4x coffee pods), toilet paper and a bathroom courtesy kit.

The possibility of breakfast service, bicycle rental and charging station for electric vehicles complete the holiday village's offer.
